Crosscutter Specifications

▪ Rotary Blade: D-2 material. 90mm dia.

▪ Straight Blade: A-2 material. Hardened and ground. 50” long.

▪ Precision bearings used to retain Rotary Blade shaft.

▪ Built-in Blade cant angle.

▪ Die Post support for Blade Shaft housing.

▪ Minimal Blade sideload force for long Blade life.

▪ Detented control of rear pleat support shelf.

▪ Up to 1” pleat height capacity.

▪ Pleat material rides on 10ga. polished S.S. plates before and after Crosscut.

Trimmer Specifications

▪ Twin Blades-6” dia.

▪ Blade Drive 1 Hp.-Variable Speed D.C. Closed Loop

▪ Blade Width: 2.25” to 10.0”. Programmable position. Ball Screw Drive.

▪ 20” Optional Cutting Width. 40” (1000mm) available on special request.  

▪ Blades are normally recessed. Extend to trim. Aluminum and Lexan pivoting cover protects operator.

▪ Interlocked program does not allow Blades to extend with cover open.

▪ Blade Motion Profile allows continuous adjustment of Blade parameters during the cut.

  • 5 Presets for each for width, speed, feed rate. Customize, then save as recipe.

  • 1000+ recipe capacity.

▪ Pleat Clamp Opening: 8½” or 12”. Longer available on special request.

▪ 2 Stage Pleat Clamp

  • Light Pre Clamp allows Manual adjustment before Trimming.

  • Heavy Clamp retains Pleat Pack during Trimming.

  • UHMW hold downs retain Pleat Pack during cutting.

  • Secondary Pleat Clamp controls opposite end of pleat bundle.

  • 40” max. width of pleat bundle. Wider available.

  •  All components in contact with pleated media are of Stainless Steel, anodized aluminum, or high density plastic.

  • Sliding Door access to internal mechanism. Interlocked.

  • Utilities: 115VAC-20 Amps.  50/60Hz. 85 psi Shop air.
